The Black History Rewrite by Merle Rutledge Jr

This will be one of the most controversial pieces that I write, but in determining the mechanism to bring about a for perfect union, which is fair and impartial, which seeks justice for all, than why hasn't history with the technology that it has present to this day, has not be updated to bring this matter to a neutral conclusion. In politics its a dirty game, and nobody wants to confront the secrets and dirty closets that their family has caused, because of the prejudice they fear if such knowledge was released. Under all the Ghosts of Mississippi murders that has happen in the fight for civil rights and equality for all people. The number of violent crimes from the past compared to those in the present would be exactly disproportionate meaning that more violent crimes have been commited by whites than by African Americans, Latinos, and etc, probably by a ratio of 10 to 1, that can now be proven to this day with new technology such as DNA.

The focus would be of the crimes commited here in the United States of America. DNA has gotten so advance to the point that they can use family members DNA to catch another family member that has commited crimes that leave behind DNA such as Rape, Murder, and so forth. However, when will this technology be used to bring those who commited the same crimes from the 1800's to present day to bring those that commited these acts for no reason to justice. Their are a lot of public officials such as Governors and their representatives that ordered the murder, harrassment, rape, and intimidation throughout their offices and through their family, and their agents; which acted in representation in order to commit these crimes, that have yet been brought to justice. In the future, even death, has not exonerated those that have commited violent crimes, as we can see even with the David Walsh matter, they could declare someone a murderer even after death.

Their is no statute of limitations for murder, but it is for those that they dont need trying to ruin or darkened their family heritage, but even in their own minds and hearts, they know the history of how they came into this world, and what the world was like during a past that still needs to be address. We see politicians and legal representatives from court rooms, city halls, and more with their image being hoisted up as heros that should be remembered for their good acts, but is the same given to those in this present day, even though they commited wrong and got caught, that their plaque or portrait hang in those same corridors.

Acourse, history tells us to remember the good that someone has done. It is a lot of families to this day that have lost all sight of justice, but still seek it and will do whatever to claim it. The problem is the technology if used will bring up the very question that I bring before the members of the communities/families in the United States of America, with no bias for the representation of just Black People, but people as a whole that deserve more, than to have to sit, read, and be miseducated through the lies. The history book should say this person commited this many murders, and it should be your choice, whether to honor or be vigilant to its interpretation. Malcolm X said it best "You're not to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or says it." Just like they want to use this type of technology to address your family, friends, and neighbors, than it is about time they go back into history and really rewrite it, and address their own demons.

Take down those portraits because they represent conviction without punishment, while it is so many in the prisons that are innocent, but only guilty because of prejudice, bias, that was good enough at that time for conviction exclude the evidence. I'm not that blind with such patriotism to not believe Hoover should be a convicted murder. Governor Wallace, 1963 should be a convicted murder. Who introduce drugs into the communities and into the United States of America. I'm sure that at least finger prints are on the packages. The police officers that murdered and rape our community with impunity should stand trial, and those living should be arrested to face their peers. The peers of today is the justice for tommorow. When they want to talk about how bad your community or your family is, than tell them to bring up how many family members in their own kind, did the same crimes, but yet has face a trial, because of a well developed civil conspiracy. Its been plenty of white murderers during the civil rights era that face all white juries, and been acquitted. This wasn't determined by the facts of guilt or innocence, but the color of their skin. It still needs to be reparations for those executed wrongfully in which their families deserve to compensated, and the real murders of that time still need to be brought to justice. You got a Kennedy convicted decades later, so dont stop the momentum.

I ask my government to do the same in altering the history books to factual corrections and not naked assertions further devoid of the truth. They use the text books, and instruct the educators on how to teach their knowledge, but it needs to be address in every household the real history that isnt old. The Middle Passage in which black people was thrown overboard for shark food. Are they going to bring those dead or a live to justice, even though they have the technology now to find out the family and people responsible. It is a ugly world and this is my Rewrite on History. They allow their portraits to haunt and still be arrogant, even through death of what their ancestors accomplish. Blood, Sweat, and Tears of your ancestors. The Tea Party is a modern day version of this hypocrisy. I challenge them all to this debate, but I can say it would be no comment. Its been that way for a long time, but you want the DNA to comment on others, because it isn't your family, friends or neighbors.

The impact of this rewrite is to make you think on another level that is deeper. In every household, community, and organization that we all are equal; whether good or bad, we should be held accountable, but sorry those that you read about are wrongly honored, but Im going to tell you about the history that they don't want you to know. As adults, we are responsible for this rewrite, until those public officials decide to examine and prosecute those dead or a live for their transgressions, and bring justice that they know that it's available to all. Their needs to be a study on cold cases of the civil rights era and beyond that they know; DNA still exists, in order to rewrite their own history first, and than give us the book on the corrections. To say someone was a Good man, and know it's untrue is derogatory and defamation of their character in the public eye, especially if you know its the opposite. In the end much love to Geronimo Pratt, Assata Olugbala Shakur, and Troy Davis, all the innocent still in prison. This is my dedication and rewrite of history to you all and more. The article of proof
Familial hope: After East Coast Rapist arrest, Harringtons push for DNA and hopefully in the future Familial hope: After Civil Rights Murderer arrest, Families across the country push for DNA and hopefully in the future.
